Chalet Suizo is one of Panama’s most acclaimed restaurants serving an eclectic mix of Swiss, German and French cuisine. All food is excellent and the wine list is the longest in Panama. Chalet Suizo is owned by Chef Willy Diggelmann, known affectionately as Chef Willy. Considered the most successful restaurateur in Panama, Willy is also the owner of the Wine Bar, Caffe Pomodoro and 1985. In all of his restaurants, you can expect to find high quality foods, an extensive wine list, accommodating atmosphere and great service. |
