La Mar Cebicheria is part of a Peruvian chain owned by Gaston of Astrid y Gaston fame. Excellent Peruvian ceviches and other delights are served up in a very modern atmosphere. The quality of the ceviche is very high and they also have a nice selection of cocktails, including the famous Pisco Sour, which is available here in an array of variations, from the traditional lemon to the mindblowing passion fruit (maracuya). |

Sushi House is a great little sushi place with two locations, one in Marbella and the other in Albrook. They have an extensive sushi roll and sushi menu in a friendly atmosphere. They deliver throughout the central areas of Panama City, at least as far as San Francisco. They have another branch in Albrook, in case you’re over that way. Their long list of sushi rolls includes many varieties, from the traditional Spicy Tuna and Philadelphia Rolls to more exotic and bizarre rolls that incorporate local ingredients, even chicken! |
